Directions by Car
From Belfast
Take the A24 (Ormeau-Saintfield Road) and follow the signs for Newcastle/Downpatrick. At the Carryduff roundabout, take the A7 for Downpatrick. You will pass through the villages of Saintfield and Crossgar.
When you reach the roundabout at the outskirts of Downpatrick turn right. Approximately 200 yards from the roundabout take the first road on your right (Signposted to Down County Museum). Follow this road round until you come to a T Junction at it's end. Downpatrick Masonic Hall is directly opposite this T Junction.
If you are travelling from the south
Follow the signs for Newcastle or Castlewellan. From either of these towns then follow the signs for Clough or Downpatrick (the A25). At Clough roundabout take the A25 Downpatrick road.
Follow the main streets through Downpatrick without turning off until you reach the third set of traffic lights at the top of "Market Street". At this junction turn left (following the one way system) and turn immediately left again. This will bring you onto "English Street". Downpatrick Masonic Hall is situated at the top of the hill (which is Engligh Street) on the left hand side.
